Role Summary The Customer Service Representative supports all clients by assisting with thorough travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.
Primary Responsibilities
Process and manage travel bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services
Provide clients with general destination and itinerary information
Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platformsMaintain accurate and confidential client records and booking documentation
Follow established procedures and guidelines for bookings and communication
Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Minimum age of 18
Residency in the U.S., U.K., or approved regions
Previous travel experience is not required; training is provided
