Job Description:
As an early member of the sales team, you will have a unique opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility at a fast-growing startup. This role calls for a strategic, creative thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage a full sales funnel: from first demo all the way through to close
Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our product offerings accordingly.
Develop an understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization practices and trends, A/B testing methodology, industry trends, market influencers, and competitor activities.
Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth transition and excellent customer experience post-sales.
Help improve develop sales documentation and materials, such as scripts, objection handling, training materials, and outbound sales development collateral
Requirements:
3+ years Proven SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
1+ years in the E-Commerce space
Experience in a startup environment
Located in NYC metro or willing to relocate
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
