Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with supervisor. Customer service, Microsoft office, Clerical, Order entry Customer service, Microsoft office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate Level This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port St. Lucie, FL. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
