Description
The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with supervisor.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port St. Lucie, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
