Escort guests to their seats ensuring all guests have a pleasant and positive experience attending a show at the Eldorado. To ensure that all guest's questions are answered and to maintain a clean and respectable atmosphere for everyone involved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Seat guests and make sure all problems are handled in a quick and professional manner Service the champagne seating area Ensure the safety of all guests Make sure the showroom is presentable Direct guests to various locations Deal with challenging situations Preset and tear down champagne seating area Ensure supplies for champagne seating are plentiful Set up and tear down the lobby area, put all glasses back on the bar, throw away all garbage and bottles in lobby and sell and restock retail Usher non-show events sponsored by other departments or organizations Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests Ability to deal with customers daily Ability to stand and remain alert for entire shift Ability to go up and down stairs Ability to react quickly in an emergency situation Ability to deal with all types of guests with all types of problems in a friendly and professional manner Must possess good communication skillsEnglish a must, other languages a bonus High School diploma or equivalent Physical Demands and Work Environment
Loading shows may be hectic at times Non-smoking showroom Work may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowded Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity Work area is subject to variable temperatures Guest Service Standards
