We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand! We are a high-volume Honda dealership seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to handle a large volume of online leads. This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone who excels at lead response, appointment setting, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and digital leads Handle a high daily lead volume with speed, accuracy, and professionalism Convert leads into appointments and sold units Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM Work closely with desk managers to close deals Deliver a positive, professional customer experience from first contact through delivery Meet or exceed individual performance goals for appointments, shows, and sales What You'll Need: Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old Automotive Sales experience required A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Honda experience a plus, but not required Strong phone, text, and email communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-lead-volume environment Comfortable working leads from start to finish CRM experience (CDK, VinSolutions, Elead, Tekion, etc.) Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Strong time management and follow-up discipline Benefits & Employee Perks: Competitive pay plan (base + commission/bonus) Consistent lead flow
