Salary Range : $60,000 - $125,000

Schedule : Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.

Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills . You’re responsible for creating a superior

service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive

Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate

Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines

Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history

Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle

Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes

Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score

Process monetary transactions

What You’ll Need

Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Creative, positive, team player attitude

Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions

Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills

Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
