ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a small but highly experienced team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
