Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together to create a positive, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a clear vision for the kind of office culture I wanted to build. Family is very important to me. I’m married with two daughters and three dogs, and I love spending time with them whenever I can. Outside of work, I also enjoy traveling and going to concerts. We believe in celebrating our successes together. Our team enjoys bonuses throughout the year, as well as group dinners to recognize accomplishments. We also focus on maintaining a healthy work‑life balance and provide licensing reimbursement to support your growth. Our culture is built around positivity, teamwork, and encouragement. We’re a close-knit group that works toward shared goals and celebrates each other’s wins. I take pride in coaching and supporting my team, and I’m looking for someone who is motivated, positive, and ready to grow alongside us. If you’re looking for a supportive environment where teamwork and encouragement are part of the daily routine, this could be a great fit for you. Role Description
