About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2018, and today I have a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for the way I lead and support my own team now.
Community involvement is important to me. I participate in a variety of local events and support several charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
