ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in June 2025 and is already growing fast, with two full-time team members and one part-time team member. Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member with another State Farm agent, which gave me a clear vision of what kind of culture and work environment I wanted to build one rooted in collaboration, integrity, and opportunity.

I graduated from LSU with a degree in finance and have always loved the outdoors. When Im not in the office, youll usually find me hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, or spending time on the Gulf Coast. That same drive and enthusiasm for adventure carry over into how I lead my team setting big goals, working hard, and celebrating our wins together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Brauns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
