Our client is seeking an Investor Relations Manager for an excellent hybrid position located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) area. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Partner with CFO/CEO as key liaison to investors, analysts, and financial community.
Drive transparent communication of financials, operations, and strategy to support valuation and shareholder relations.
Prepare board/earnings materials, key messages, and investor presentations.
Develop strategic investor engagement and clear communication of complex info.
Build IR capabilities, processes, and analytics (peer benchmarking, ownership tracking, sentiment, industry trends, macro).
Manage investor pipeline, prospects, and roadshows/meetings.
Support earnings calls, conferences, and events.
Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams on to ensure alignment and compliance in external reporting.
Gather actionable market intelligence from analysts, subject matter experts, and investors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related. (MBA preferred)
5+ years corporate investor relations experience and/or capital markets background (investment banking, private equity, financial services, hedge fund, etc.).
Experience with analytics, financial modeling, valuation, and statement analysis
Excellent communication, presentation, and professional presence
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with IR tools
Knowledge of SEC regulations and disclosure compliance a plus
