100% REMOTE We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale customer data, journey, and analytics solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud. Responsibilities
Define target AEP architecture (AEP core, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, and other Experience Cloud apps) and align it with the broader enterprise landscape. Design XDM-based data models (profiles, events, lookups), identity graphs, and profile stitching rules aligned to business and governance requirements. Architect batch and streaming data ingestion from CRM, web/app, contact center, offline, and third-party sources using connectors, ETL, APIs, and event streams. Define downstream activation patterns (destinations, custom actions, real-time APIs) across email, mobile, web personalization, and contact centers. Lead technical design workshops; produce architecture diagrams and solution blueprints. Review and guide low-level designs from data engineers and developers. Provide hands-on implementation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance and cost. Design journey and campaign use cases; coordinate with stakeholders on prioritization. Design and deliver CJA dashboards, reporting metrics, and KPIs. Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA. Strong data modeling expertise. Proficiency with APIs, SQL/Postgres. End-to-end solution and delivery ownership. Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills. Experience with resource and team leadership. Deep knowledge of data integration and pipeline design. Technical mentoring and architecture oversight experience.
