Overview Tayloe/Gray is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial National Sales Representatives to sell high-value marketing, digital, and AI-enablement services across the United States.

This is a 100% commission-only role built for proven closers who want uncapped income, flexibility, and the ability to sell meaningful, strategic work to growth-minded companies.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while leveraging TG’s credibility, case studies, delivery team, and leadership support.

Job Summary We are seeking an Advertising Sales Agent to join our team! As an Advertising Sales Agent, you will be making new connections to potential clients. You will also attend local or national networking events to make new connections and often work with other advertising agents to brainstorm and collaborate. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and works well both independently and in a team environment.

Job Requirements

Prospect and close new business nationwide

Run discovery calls and lead consultative sales conversations

Identify client pain points and align TG solutions

Manage a full pipeline from first contact to signed agreement

Close retainers, projects, and long-term partnerships

Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy

Coordinate handoff to account services post-close

Represent TG professionally in virtual and in-person settings

Required Experience

3+ years of professional sales experience

Proven success closing services, retainers, or complex deals

Comfortable selling $25k–$250k+ engagements

Strong consultative and relationship-based sales style

Self-directed, disciplined, and outcome-driven

Comfortable working commission-only
