Sales Representive

Trillium Staffing is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to grow and manage a local territory in Rocky Mount, VA.

This is a direct-hire role for a self-driven sales professional who treats their territory like their own business. You’ll work independently while staying connected to multiple company locations across the Midwest for support.

This position offers a limited guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, giving you significant earning potential based on your performance. The Rocky Mount territory is well-positioned for growth and rewards a strong business development approach.

Schedule

1st Shift

Monday–Saturday

Every Sunday off + one additional weekday off

Compensation

$30,000–$40,000+ base salary

Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
