Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and ultimately driving sales growth for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social channels
Coordinate sales presentations and follow‑up conversations
Drive pipeline momentum through consistent follow‑up, targeted outreach, and close collaboration with leadership
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent WorldVia and connect with potential clients
Track sales progress and report on key metrics to management
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self‑motivated and driven to succeed
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
