Job Description
Actively sell company services in a high-volume, results-driven environment
Strategically prioritize your time to meet and exceed sales goals
Lead discovery conversations to identify client challenges and opportunities
Confidently present, pitch, and propose services as tailored solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records in a CRM or similar system
Negotiate contracts that drive both immediate success and long-term value
Forecast closed deals across sales and recruiting efforts
Educate clients, prospects, and users with clear, relevant, and accurate service information
Position Requirements
Previous experience in
retail, customer service, or sales
(preferred)
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Ability to build relationships while managing multiple detail-oriented tasks
Analytical decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management and follow-through
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Strong phone sales skills with a sense of urgency and confidence
Base pay + uncapped commission
