Overview
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, with the ability to customize, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience with Apex and/or marketing automation are preferred.
Applicants must have the legal authorization to work in the United States. Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data management.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
Ensure data integrity and implement data validation rules and processes.
Able to understand requirements and translate those into working solutions.
Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
Familiarity with documenting and diagramming technical solutions (i.e. ERD's, UML, DFD's).
Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and updates to ensure smooth operation and compatibility with custom developments.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

Preferences
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permissions, record-level access, field-level access, roles, and hierarchies.
Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Ability to write basic SQL and SOQL queries.
Familiarity with and a basic understanding of Apex, LWC, leveraging APIs is a plus.
Familiarity working with Salesforce integrated marketing solutions, preferably Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Ability to communicate the status of projects and clarify requirements when needed.
Work Environment and Schedule Work Schedule: Remote, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
