Responsibilities

Prospecting & Sales: Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new business. Develop and manage leads through the full sales cycle. Customer Management: Oversee daily freight operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Quoting & Contracts: Provide accurate freight quotes within target regions while maintaining profitability and compliance. Technology & Data: Utilize internal and external TMS systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records. Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with carrier sales, marketing, and operations to drive results. Other Duties: Support additional logistics and sales tasks as needed. Benefits
