The
Account Executive
is a key role on the client team that works as the day-to-day contact with our clients and collaborates with our internal team to ensure flawless execution of client programs.
This is NOT a sales position.
Account Development
Delivers superior client service and develops deep client relationships
Become familiar with the client’s overall strategy/direction and how it integrates into our strategic & tactical deliverables
Seen as an expert in our client’s business, the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and custom premium toys. Knows the brand and business better than the client specific to kids and family
Licensing/Calendar Planning/Entertainment Marketing - Assists in the identification, vetting and procurement of brand-appropriate licensor partnerships with licensor and client
Account Management
Ensures effective communication with the Client as well as the internal team to maintain quality project management
Performs effective project management for a variety of projects from ideation and design/development through in-market execution
Helps problem-solve potential client issues
Qualifications
Related bachelor’s degree and 2 years' experience in marketing
Experience in toys and/or family marketing is preferred but not required - Branding experience that includes kids and family brands with a range of different industries and clients preferably including quick service restaurants
Licensing, calendar planning experience and/or entertainment marketing
Ability to use “influence” to help guide decisions
Be a detail-oriented self-starter and team player
Strong project management and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish
Have superior written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with diverse client and support groups
Strong written communication and the ability to help craft client presentations
