Our client, a mission‑driven private equity fund, has a newly created role for a Senior Tax Analyst. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance & Tax, and is a highly visible role within this organization.
Open due to growth and increasing need for tax strategy, this will be a unique role, a mix of hands‑on and strategic tax work. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity tax, ideally in Big Four, a CPA or MST, and extensive knowledge of investment company tax rules and private fund structures.
This is an ideal role for a tax professional who also wants to get involved in some accounting & finance work. The role will be diverse and will help the finance function in a broader sense. This is a great opportunity to learn more areas of finance within a highly respected, mission‑driven organization.

Qualifications:
BS, Accounting / Finance
5 - 10 years private equity tax experience
Ideally, prior experience in Big Four or large public accounting
CPA or MST preferred
Deep tax knowledge in the private equity and investment strategy space
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization
Strong system skills and Advanced Excel
Excellent analytical skills, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Desire to grow long‑term with the organization
