What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications to hospital operating rooms and C‑Suite personnel
Develop and execute effective sales strategies while maintaining accurate forecasts for the territory
Identify and nurture customer relationships, addressing their product needs and inquiries
Collaborate with regionally aligned field sales teams to achieve target sales goals
Conduct post‑sales activities, including product education and ongoing customer support
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of field sales experience, or
Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of field sales experience, or
Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of field sales experience
Proven sales success in capital equipment and/or consumables within the medical field
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or medical capital
Experience selling in the acute care hospital operating room environment
Strong understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client interaction
Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
