Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Databricks ecosystem, targeting high-growth markets and enterprise accounts.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across diverse industries to accelerate adoption of Databricks solutions.

Qualify leads and design customized strategies that address client challenges, ensuring alignment with their goals and maximizing the value of Databricks offerings.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the business impact and ROI of Databricks solutions.

Lead negotiations, manage complex deal structures, and close high-value contracts while fostering long-term partnerships and customer success.

Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, while staying informed on Databricks innovations, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in big data, cloud, AI/ML, or advanced analytics sectors.

Deep knowledge of the Databricks platform, its capabilities, and competitive differentiators, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.

Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals within SaaS, cloud, or data analytics ecosystems.

Expertise in building executive-level relationships and influencing C‑suite decision-makers across multiple industries.

Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive pipeline growth and sales efficiency.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
