Sales Manager – Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturer Location Tempe, AZ / Remote

Schedule Monday – Friday, with occasional travel for trade shows and client meetings.

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and help expand our market presence.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and manage client accounts within the nutraceutical industry. This business-to-business role targets dietary supplement brands and requires a professional with a passion for sales, excellent account management skills, and a strong track record of generating new leads. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and will play a critical role in achieving company revenue goals by fostering long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has an established network within the nutraceutical industry, a proven ability to drive sales, and experience in managing both existing and new accounts. Industry experience in contract manufacturing, particularly within the dietary supplement space, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with dietary supplement brands and other companies in the nutraceutical space.

Manage and expand existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Represent Arizona Custom Blends at industry trade shows (e.g., SupplySide West, Expo West) and during customer meetings.

Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance.

Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations to identify potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven success in a sales management role within the nutraceutical industry.

A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is preferred.

Strong professional network within the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry.

Deep understanding of the nutraceutical manufacturing process, with experience in contract manufacturing being a plus.

Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings as required.
