Job Title:
PE Valuations Analyst (1‑3 years experience)
Overview: Large, credit‑focused alternatives firm is looking to hire a PE Valuations Analyst with 1‑3 years of experience. Candidates must have previous valuations/modeling experience from an outsourced valuations firm, investment bank, or public accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
Assess portfolio company performance
Re‑underwrite investments to support transactions
Conduct fundamental credit analysis of new leveraged loan deals
Perform quarterly valuation analysis of illiquid investments
Compile regular and ad hoc analyses requested by senior management
Maintain fund models and provide regular updates to management
Ad‑hoc data requests and analysis
Qualifications:
1‑3 years of experience in private equity valuations
Experience in an outsourced valuations firm, investment bank, or public accounting firm
Strong valuation and modeling skills
