Account Executive – Field Integrated Solutions (Remote)
Join our Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) to make a real impact every day.
Base Pay Range $50,000 – $50,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Deliver tailored virtual demonstrations to prospects based on their specific needs and priorities.
Think strategically and customize sales approach, leveraging existing assets and mapping to customer challenges.
Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of our products and value propositions.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating, and closing.
Identify and validate sales opportunities and drive post‑demo engagement to close business.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success, and Marketing to support and be supported in the sales effort.
Develop warm leads to start new conversations and schedule discovery calls to assess fit between our offering and prospect needs.
Build relationships with new people via phone, email, professional networking and social media.
Think creatively and systematically to identify possible improvements to the sales approach and present new ideas for continuous improvement.
Maintain deep market knowledge and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Consistently meet monthly booking number goals as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Required:
2 years of SaaS environment and/or related sales experience.
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM.
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Basic Math Skills.
Desired:
Proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.
Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality, competitive drive, and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Skill in prospecting, online research, and delivering virtual product demonstrations.
Ability to organize tasks, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience being held to KPIs/Targets and overachieving on them.
Strong interest in Fintech.
Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone.
Coachable, eager, and willing to learn.
Optimistic, outgoing, and persistent with a friendly personality.
