TechnoMile is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services and Delivery team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the implementation of TechnoMile solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and project stakeholders. WhatYou’llDo
Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely, successful delivery within scope.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and the CRM technical team to define objectives and technical feasibility.
Establish engagement work plans, timelines, activities, and resources with input from stakeholders.
Coordinate multi-functional project teams, typically including business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and IT support.
Produce and maintain project management documentation, including timelines, meeting materials, reports, and budget updates.
Provide consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, next steps, and financials.
Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining budget awareness.
Define and maintain processes and standards that support the Professional Services team.
Qualifications
4–10 years of project management and related experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred but not required.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and manage projects through the full life cycle.
Strong knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
