GTM Growth Lead
to own how a fast-growing, AI-native company goes to market - from first customer touch through repeatable revenue. This is not a brand or strategy-only role. It’s a
hands-on operator role
for someone who wants to sit close to customers, ship quickly, and turn insight into execution. What you’ll do Own the
go-to-market motion end to end
- from first touch to closed revenue Work directly with customers to uncover friction in sales, onboarding, and operations Translate customer pain into
repeatable GTM workflows and systems Partner closely with product and engineering to shape what gets built (and why) Run experiments across sales, growth, and distribution - then double down on what works Instrument and improve funnels, conversion, retention, and expansion What we’re looking for Experience in
early-stage startups
or high-ownership environments A track record of
driving revenue , not just planning growth Comfort wearing multiple hats across sales, ops, product, and analytics Strong customer instincts - you learn fastest by talking to users Bias toward action, iteration, and shipping over perfection Compensation Equity:
