Overview
This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with optional offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency are required.
Goal: transform a Personal Brand ecosystem into a global Company Brand, shaping a movement rather than just content.
Responsibilities
Architect the Dual-Brand Strategy: scale David Laroche’s personal brand while building a standalone Paradox Company Brand that complements and does not cannibalize the other.
Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and ensure they align with Paradox standards.
Define editorial lines for each platform: YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity).
Lead the Creative Delivery: write hooks, storyboard narratives, direct and oversee editing to ensure the final output meets the vision.
Recruit and onboard talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) as needed and ensure on-brand execution.
Manage the Content Factory: lead the internal content team, set culture and standards of excellence, provide high-level artistic direction, and enforce Paradox aesthetics.
Growth responsibility: collaborate with Growth to produce assets for ads and analyze retention, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., 100k+ followers or millions of views).
Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and providing feedback that elevates content.
Elite Scripting: ability to show scripts that performed well and craft engaging narratives (hooks, long-form where applicable).
Performance Fluency: experience in environments where content drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).
Personal Attributes
Intolerance to mediocrity: strong attention to detail in font, cuts, and headlines.
Psychology-focused: studies why people click, share, and what drives engagement.
Doer with authority: capable of executing from scripting to directing to editing.
No ego, with impact: data-driven, ready to pivot and ship new concepts quickly.

English: Fluent; able to converse on specific details with English-speaking colleagues
