VP of Global Sales, Unmanned Systems – Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA ️ A high-growth unmanned systems technology company is seeking a VP of Global Sales to lead and scale its global commercial function. This is a hands‑on, executive leadership role owning revenue and strategic OEM relationships across the unmanned ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own global revenue across drone OEM customers

Lead and close the most strategic, complex OEM opportunities

Build, manage, and scale a global sales team

Drive disciplined sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management

Partner closely with engineering and product teams to support design‑ins and production scale

Act as a senior commercial voice at the executive level

Key Requirements

10+ years B2B hardware sales experience

Proven success selling directly to drone OEMs

Strong background in complex, design‑in led sales cycles

Experience managing and scaling global sales teams
