About the Role
We are seeking a
creative and driven Marketing Associate
to help expand our brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on
social media management and graphic design , supporting content creation, campaign execution, and digital growth initiatives.
Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage content across
social media platforms
(including posting schedules, captions, and engagement)
Design high-quality
graphics and visual assets
for social media, email campaigns, ads, and website use
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
Coordinate content creation (graphics, videos, blog posts) with internal teams and external partners
Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and messages to support brand voice and community growth
Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions
Support influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and YouTube collaborations
Manage website updates, product listings, and basic SEO-related tasks
Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend monitoring to inform content and marketing strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required)
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, digital content, or a related role
Strong graphic design skills
with experience creating digital marketing assets
Proficiency in tools such as
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design software
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Shopify is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
U.S. citizenship is required for this position
