Senior Enterprise Architect ( Java architect) Location: Dallas TX (hybrid role). In office presence required. Open to relocation. No 100% remote. About The Role In Our Product Development Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead a team of product engineers in designing, developing, and implementing complex supply chain solutions at Blue Yonder and provide strategic technical leadership for our Retail Planning initiatives. In this role, you\'ll shape the architectural direction of our Retail Planning systems, lead complex engineering challenges, and drive innovation across our technology stack. What You Will Do

Architectural Leadership: Serve as the primary technical architect for multiple retail planning teams, ensuring that all solutions align with the company\'s strategic goals and technical standards. Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance in code and design reviews and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions. Innovation and Strategy: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of our retail planning solutions. Technical Roadmap Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry. Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and experiences to establish the company as a leader in supply chain software solutions. Our Current Technical Environment

Software/Tools: Java, GitHub, Node.js, React.js, GitHub Actions, Codacy, GitHub Advanced Security, Black Duck Hub, BlazeMeter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc. Application Architecture: Scalable, resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices architecture Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtual Networks, Azure AD) Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, Postgres, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Snowflake What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software development; with minimum 5 years as Architect. Strong programming experience in Enterprise Java, Spring Boot, microservices Demonstrable experience designing, building, deploying and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions (using Azure) Demonstrable experience with microservices-based architecture on Cloud at scale. Azure: 5+ years of experience with cloud architecture and deployment. Snowflake: 3+ years of experience in data warehousing. PostgreSQL: 5+ years of experience working with Postgres or similar databases. CI/CD: 5+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git Actions. Experience with implementation of Event-driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies Experience with API management platforms & providing/ consuming RESTful APIs Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation. Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, RBAC, authentication & authorization, and data encryption. Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $164,510 - $185,000. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. This role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position. Benefits
