Our client is a reputable General Contractor and seeks a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company specializes in ground?up commercial construction. Base Pay Range
$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing Contribute to value engineering studies Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers
Qualifications
You have 7+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction You hold a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field Proficiency with estimating software, take?off software (On?Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team based environment Above Market Bonus 401K Matching
