We are applying computer vision and machine learning to improve the standard of care in one of the most critical areas of healthcare: surgery. Our platform enables surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators to deliver safer, higher-quality care in the operating room.
We’re looking for an AVP of Sales to lead enterprise growth across the East Coast. This role is ideal for a proven enterprise seller who thrives at the intersection of disruptive technology and healthcare and has experience driving adoption of MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare capital equipment.
You bring startup hustle paired with enterprise discipline and know how to open new markets, navigate complex buying committees, and close transformational health system deals.
In This Role
Own and execute enterprise sales strategy across large health systems and IDNs Build senior relationships with C-suite, surgeons, OR leaders, IT, and administrators Exceed quota through strong pipeline management and deal execution Lead RFPs, negotiations, and multi-million-dollar contracts Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and long-term success What You’ll Bring
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding quota Must be located in the Northeast or Southeast US MedTech, medical device, healthcare capital, or healthtech background Existing relationships with Tier 1 health systems and IDNs Experience selling both disruptive AI/SaaS solutions and capital equipment Strong track record scaling new markets and closing complex deals Executive presence and ability to influence across teams Passion for improving healthcare outcomes Why Join Us
