Overview

Volkswagen is searching for a Lamborghini Ad Personam to implement a new program at their Lamborghini lounge located in Herndon, VA. The specialist will work primarily at the Lamborghini Lounge; however, late nights, weekends and travel are occasionally required for events, Lamborghini regional meetings, to train dealers or support special car configurations at dealerships. Role Summary

The Ad Personam Specialist is responsible for all vehicle personalization at the Lamborghini Lounge. Additionally, the role would require collaboration with the Product Marketing Specialist Sr. and Automobili Lamborghini Ad Personam dept. to ensure the Americas Region has optimal support for the personalization wishes of customers. They are also responsible for supporting the Manager of the Lamborghini Lounge as a product specialist during any relevant product launches or events. Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%) Ad Personam – 90% of time spent Acts as a representative and regional extension of Lamborghini Ad Personam to attendees of the Lamborghini Lounge. Administers and facilitates the Ad Personam program during configuration sessions at Lamborghini Lounge. Promotes the Ad Personam program to ensure a good level of knowledge amongst regional dealers and customers. Promotes the availability of Ad Personam configuration sessions to ensure a steady stream of bookings are scheduled. On-call and ready to support customers and dealers in regard to the Lamborghini Ad Personam (example: Option availability, feasibility questions, paint and leather matches, etc.). Builds strong relationships with configuration attendees of the Lamborghini Lounge in an effort to shape positive perception of the Lamborghini brand. Manages Ad Personam booking platform to ensure dealers can easily and accurately understand lounge availability. Supports the Product Marketing Specialist Sr. with the coordination of New Product Launches in agreement with Sales, Marketing and PR department. Supports the Fleet Manager and Product Marketing Specialist Sr. with the configuration and submission of PR and Marketing fleet vehicles. Integration with dealerships and regional Sales Operations team to monitor and support vehicle submissions. Integration with Commercial & Ad Personam teams at HQ, regional teams, and retailer network on product customization decisions as well as liaising with HQ about offer perception and suggest improvements to support future product strategy. Event Support – 10% of time spent Supports the Manager of the Lamborghini Lounge with events at the lounge (when applicable). Supports the configuration of vehicles at regional events (ex. Monterey Car Week). Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education)

Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum years of relevant experience needed to perform the job 3 or more years of professional experience in automotive or related industry Required Bachelors (Business rel., Engineering) Skills

Required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience and ability to program database/data provision systems (e.g. Lamborghini Order System), understanding the data model and database operation to guarantee data accuracy Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel Expert knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint Sound automotive knowledge and a need to stay up to date with all market and competitor developments. Ability to develop efficient and effective processes for operations and field groups (desired) Understanding of Italian culture (desired) Work Flexibility
