AON is looking for Mid-Market Production Account Executive - (Located in US - North America) Aon has an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Risk team as a Middle Market Production Account Executive. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering innovative risk and human capital solutions, and growing a productive, service-driven practice within the Middle Market segment. Provide expertise and identify client needs for a portfolio of middle market client accounts (defined by volume/size and/or business type). Demonstrate new business production with a track record of new logo acquisition and cross-sell, with a primary focus on Commercial accounts. Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach to services and costs. Lead stewardship planning and delivery; drive the renewal process and assemble the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies. Ensure client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework for services delivered. Educate clients on trends, market issues, including benchmarking, data, and analytics. Marshal Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims. Collaborate across geography, solution lines, and functional units to define interdependent responses to opportunities for growth. How this opportunity is different

7 - 10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions or related products. Ability to build and leverage relationships that translate into business results with economic buyers for mid-market accounts. Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers, including the C-Suite, to make buying decisions. Excellent client management skills, able to manage an existing book and deliver on commitments while generating new business and clients. Fosters critical relationships between Aon colleagues, clients, and external markets. Ability to articulate and execute a strong value proposition with excellent senior executive communication and negotiation skills. Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail. Proven technical proficiency to build innovative solutions. Critical thinking skills with clear articulation of thoughts at various levels. Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Active Property & Casualty license. Demonstrated expertise in a specific industry segment with a proven client service history in that area.
