As a Strategic Solution Architect in JFrog’s Strategic Solution Engineering Team, you will be on the front lines, working closely with our top Fortune 500 customers, guiding them on how to build robust software delivery processes. You will work with our sales, product & engineering, customer success and marketing teams to help customers understand the value of JFrog solutions from a technical and business perspective.
Responsibilities
Engage with JFrog’s most strategic customers to ensure their success in their DevSecOps journey leveraging JFrog’s products
Partner with Sales account executives to build account strategy, activities and build long lasting trust relationships with assigned JFrog customers
Educate customers (engineers and executives) on the JFrog platform fundamental capabilities and key value proposition across all the platform's broad set of capabilities
Represent JFrog in customer and public events and conferences
Work closely with Product & Engineering global organization to provide first‑hand feedback from the field and influence the product features and roadmap based on insights gathered from customers
Keep current with the latest technology trends related to the DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps and IoT landscapes
Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to broaden our customer engagements horizontally and vertically and increase the customers’ adoption of the JFrog Platform
Build relationships with key decision makers, visiting customers on‑site, and serving as a customer's trusted technical point of contact
Qualifications
Superb interpersonal, team playing, show‑and‑tell style, customer happiness obsession and “can do” attitude
Extensive customer‑facing experience in a software infrastructure enterprise presales role
Docker, Kubernetes, CI, git, Artifactory, build tools (maven, gradle, npm, docker etc.)
Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi etc. using various DevOps tools
Knowledgeable of application security (AppSec)
Hands‑on experience in Linux – Mandatory
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure – AWS / Azure / GCP – Mandatory
Experience with software development in scale, both on‑premise and in the cloud
Experience with software architecture design, product development, IT infrastructure – a plus
6 years experience in enterprise presales/solutions engineering for Fortune 500 / 100 accounts with multi‑million dollar deals
Ability to travel at least 50% throughout the US
Uncompromising will to learn
Bachelor’s degree or higher education in computer science/engineering is preferred

Base salary range between $190,000 to $200,000 – based on skills, qualifications, experience and location
Role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments
