About the Opportunity
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative - Repairs
to join a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment supporting mission-critical power and electronic systems. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and an FAA-certified repair operation, ensuring repair orders move smoothly from intake through shipment.
This is a
customer-facing, detail-driven role
ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume service environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely updates that drive customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Enter and manage repair orders within ERP and repair management systems Prepare and communicate repair quotations, order status updates, and delivery timelines using Excel and Outlook Track and report key performance metrics such as
Turnaround Time (TAT)
and
On-Time Delivery (OTD) Process inbound and outbound repair shipments and receiving transactions Generate invoices for completed repairs and maintain accurate digital documentation Serve as a primary liaison for customers, including commercial airlines, aircraft OEMs, and military accounts Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support new orders, customer account setup, credit terms, and pricing Guide customers through each phase of the repair lifecycle-from quote to approval to shipment Support additional administrative or operational needs as business demands evolve What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles within a manufacturing or technical environment Ability to interpret customer requirements, commercial purchase orders, and government contracts Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team Proven ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel Ability to manage multiple customer programs simultaneously Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Experience with
Epicor ERP, Aeroxchange, WAWF, CAV, or ETQ
is a plus Physical & Work Environment
Standard business hours Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods Combination of office environment and occasional exposure to active operational areas
