$20.25/hr on W2 Note: Initial training will be conducted onsite, with the flexibility to work remotely afterward. A high-speed wired internet connection is required for remote work. Work hours are 9 AM to 6 PM PST. Bilingual fluency
is required in
English
and one of the following languages: Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Armenian. JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum one year of experience in a related field. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Proficient in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software. Exemplary organizational and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Works well independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience in health or human services and customer interaction in a call center setting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound calls and make outbound support calls, addressing inquiries and directing callers as necessary. Assist beneficiaries with enrollment transaction requests when appropriate. Stay updated on program knowledge, including policies and procedures.
