Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Customer Service Rep – 100% REMOTE”.
Position Customer Service Rep – 100% REMOTE!!!
Location Texas
Duration 6+ temp-to-hire
Pay rate $16/hr on W2
Important Bilingual fluency in English and one of these commonly spoken languages: Spanish, Japanese, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hmong, Tagalong and Armenian.
Work schedule: Must be available 9AM to 9 PM PST, Monday through Friday
The client MUST have their own Laptop/ computer to work REMOTELY
Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem (Download – 20 Mbps minimum & Upload – 5 Mbps minimum)
Candidate can be located anywhere in Texas
JOB DESCRIPTION
High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information;
ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures;
ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency;
excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment;
ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently;
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Address customer’s inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
Perform other duties as assigned by management
