POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging consultative skills to understand and meet customer needs. This team member will be knowledgeable about all facets of store operations, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating store activities, providing comprehensive product information, and recommending suitable FedEx Office solutions. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: People Collaborates with supervisors and supports fellow team members in various store functions. Aids in training new team members to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Service Demonstrates consultative behaviors to identify and fulfill each customer's unique needs. Offers expert guidance on printing, signs and graphics, and shipping services. Ensures outstanding customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing effective solutions. Resolves customer issues swiftly and efficiently. Manages complex customer orders using advanced order systems, ensuring accurate pricing. Prepares items for shipping, including packing, labeling, and weighing parcels. Operates and maintains printing and binding equipment with precision. Keeps the retail space safe, clean, and organized. Profit Handles customer information with utmost confidentiality and care. Processes transactions accurately using a Point of Sale terminal. Maintains and stocks all printing and shipping equipment to ensure seamless operations. Stays updated on merchandising materials and displays products effectively. Takes preventative measures against errors and waste. Completes necessary financial tasks, including daily sales reports and deposits. Adheres to all company policies, including legal and safety standards. Self-Management Manages multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining focus. Seeks opportunities to enhance personal and professional development. Operates independently with minimal supervision. Consistently follows all team standards and policies. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of relevant experience in a retail environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to stand throughout the entire shift, except during designated breaks. Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 55 pounds. Able to bend and twist regularly. Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, and team members consistently. Functions well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Maintains focus and attention to detail for extended periods. Reports to work reliably and adheres to established business hours. This compensation range is based on current salaries for this role in various locations. Factors determining actual pay include experience and market conditions. Potential additional pay may be available. Pay:
