Lead the estimating team and oversee all project cost estimation activities. Develop accurate and competitive project budgets and bids. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and cost. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Negotiate and establish contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and industry standards. Implement and improve estimating processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators.
