Play a key role in shaping major projects by delivering accurate, competitive estimates that win bids and drive success. Work on diverse projects across commercial and residential sectors, offering variety and challenge every day. Analyze project requirements and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to determine project scope and costs. Identify and evaluate potential risks and provide cost-effective solutions. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Maintain and update cost databases and documentation for future reference. Provide regular reporting and updates on project budgets and cost management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cost-related activities. A successful Estimator should have: proven experience in estimating for commercial and/or residential construction projects. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to produce accurate, competitive bids. Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or similar). Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing trends. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings confidently. What's on Offer
