Principal – Disputes and Advisory Group
TYG is partnering with a leading global consultancy seeking a Principal to join its growing Disputes and Advisory group. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a high‑performing team and drive the continued expansion of the firm’s regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, focusing on delay and cost issues
Oversee the preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major infrastructure and commercial projects
Provide expert input and strategic guidance on complex project disputes
Act as a key point of contact for clients, building long‑term relationships and supporting business development efforts
Play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region, including contributing to winning new work
Requirements
Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum
Proven track record in leading expert appointments or supporting expert work
Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
Ability to contribute to business development and bring a book of business
Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred
