Construction Superintendent
to lead healthcare construction projects in the Atlanta market. This is an excellent opportunity for a superintendent who thrives in complex, occupied, and detail-driven environments and wants to work with a contractor known for quality, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintain strict compliance with safety standards, quality control, and healthcare regulations Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners Lead and mentor field personnel while fostering a collaborative jobsite culture Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving smoothly Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Construction Superintendent
on
healthcare projects
(hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, renovations, etc.) Strong familiarity with the
