Construction Superintendent (K-12 Projects)

Our Client is a well-established Texas-based general contractor. They are growing their Dallas office and looking for a Construction Superintendent with K-12 experience to help lead school projects in the DFW area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the “small company” feel — autonomy, trust, and minimal micromanagement — while still working on meaningful, well-run projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day field operations on K-12 construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and school district stakeholders Manage schedules, safety, and quality on active or occupied campuses Execute night and off-hour work to align with school schedules Ensure projects stay on track, safe, and compliant with district requirements What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction K-12 construction experience required Dallas ISD (DISD) experience is a strong plus History of good tenure required Comfortable managing night shifts and flexible schedules Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Ability to work independently and make field decisions with confidence Why This Role Stands Out
