Location:
Nashville, TN (and surrounding 1.5-hour radius)
Compensation:
$65,000 base + uncapped commissions + weekly pay + bonuses + annual sales trip
Base salary:
$65,000 (after paid training period)

What You’ll Do
Make
50+ outbound calls per day
to build relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Prospect and identify
potential customers across manufacturing, construction, and service industries.
Manage a local territory
within a 1.5-hour radius of Nashville — 50% office time, 50% on-site with clients.
Develop new business
with prospects, existing, and former clients.
Expand accounts
by breaking into new departments and decision-maker levels.
Use our
CRM
to track pipeline, activity, and performance.
Represent Holland Sharpe’s values of
trust, quality, and long-term partnerships .
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in
B2B outside sales — staffing, recruiting, manufacturing, or construction sales a plus.
Experience managing
$1M+ in annual sales or revenue .
Proven success closing
$500,000 –$5M deals
or selling higher-ticket B2B services.
Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Driven, competitive, and motivated to grow personally and professionally.
