This is afull-cycle, quota-carrying sales rolefor hunters who thrive on building relationships and delivering solutions—not taking orders. Responsibilities

Leverage your construction or remodeling experience to identify and engage new partners Build your own pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and field visits Use your knowledge of the industry tolead conversations, uncover needs, and provide trusted recommendations Close and grow accounts through repeat business, cross-selling, andlong-term relationship building Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and partner satisfaction Manage thefull sales cycle from first contact through account expansion Attend occasional face-to-face meetings with key partners Qualifications

3+ years in outbound sales, inside sales, or account management Experience selling intoconstruction, home improvement, or design markets preferred Proven ability to prospect, handle objections, and close new business Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities with urgency Confident, consultative approach to objections Discipline in CRM management and follow-up Motivated by income growth tied to performance
