The Role We are looking for a motivated
Commercial Account Manager
to support Radware’s growth in the German market. In this role, you will
own and manage a portfolio of Tier 2 and 3 accounts within a defined territory , while also supporting Regional Sales Managers, channel partners, OEMs and marketing to generate and progress new opportunities. This position combines account ownership with pipeline generation, making it ideal for someone looking to grow toward a full Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined territory, including full sales responsibility for assigned Tier 2 and 3 accounts
Develop and execute account plans for Tier 2 and 3 customers to drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention
Identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities within the territory – target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone and email.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and align Radware solutions accordingly
Support Regional Sales Managers on larger Tier 1–2 opportunities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual
Work closely with Channel Partners and OEMs to drive joint opportunities and partner-led deals
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead follow-up, and territory-focused initiatives
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, SDR, or B2B Sales, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS
Proven experience managing and closing deals independently, ideally within a defined territory or customer segment
Experience handling SMB / Tier 2 and 3 / long-tail accounts with full ownership of the sales cycle
Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate value to both business and technical stakeholders
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel
Language Requirements
Fluent German (C2 / native level) – mandatory
Good English (B2 or higher) – required for internal communication
