Regional Sales Manager – DACH (Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover)

Role Overview This is a

strategic hunter role

focused on expanding market share across the DACH region. You will take ownership of a defined territory, identifying high-value OEM and EMS customers, developing long-term relationships, and positioning the business as a preferred partner for

complex sourcing and lifecycle challenges .

Working closely with internal sales and technical specialists, you will drive

new account acquisition , grow existing relationships, and lead commercial engagement from opportunity identification through to closure and ongoing programme management.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership:

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned to long-term revenue growth and market penetration

Account Development:

Identify, target, and convert OEM and CEM / EMS customers into long-term strategic partners

Business Development:

Lead generation, opportunity qualification, and delivery of high-impact customer presentations

Forecasting & CRM:

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and daily CRM discipline

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with Technical Sales, Product Solutions, and Internal Sales teams to support complex opportunities

Customer Engagement:

Act as the senior commercial interface, navigating both customer and internal stakeholders

Travel:

Regular regional travel (approx. 50%) to support customer engagement and growth initiatives

Requirements

Proven sales leadership experience within the

electronic components/semiconductor industry

Strong understanding of

authorised distribution models , lifecycle management, and strategic supply programmes

Experience managing and developing

large territories from a remote/virtual office

Demonstrated success in closing

complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Fluent

German and English

(essential)

Strong commercial judgement, relationship-building capability, and customer-first mindset

Comfortable operating autonomously with accountability for regional results
